'' Having in view the necessity and urgency of determining the lawful ownership of the property, for manifest public reasons, in view of the way in which it came to be established, and with the object of preventing unlawful diversions and deductions of sums of money, and other applications for the benefit of third parties; '' Reserving any other measure for the suitable disposing of the aforesaid property, having in mind the legitimate interests of the receivers; '' Having regard to Article 3 of the Communal and Provincial Law and the Police Regulations ; ''Decrees: '' 1. Holders of sums of money or other revenues belonging to the so-ca_lled Co-operative Society of Molinella, in all its branches of activity, accruing under whatever denomination (supply contracts, consumers' societies, machinery dep6ts, etc.) are hereby required to give information of the fact and to make payment to the Prefectoral Commissary charged with the provisional administration of the Co-operative Society, within five days from the date of the present order. '' .2. Debtors of these concerns are forbidden to make any payment whatever. to anyone other than the Prefectoral Commissary. "3. The Police Authorities are charged to see to the execution of the present decree, and to the charging and prosecution of those who contravene the above prov1s1ons. December 19, 1922.
